Carriers liability insurance is no longer an option provided to the moving industry. 

All moves are packed and moved at owners risk. This means that as the carrier, we have no obligation to pay compensation if goods are lost or damaged.

 

It is recommended that you obtain insurance for your move through your own provider. 

Estimates and quotes are based on the accuracy of the information provided, please be honest with information required such as:

Access to houses, 

Stairs, 

Narrow entrance ways and paths,

Low power/phone lines, 

Low trees, 

Steep driveways, 

Bad parking/access for truck, 

Volume of items, 

Any awkward or heavy items 

Or anything that may need special attention. 

 

Please notify us of any changes to your move, such as volume of items or addresses. 

All moves are charged from Warkworth back to Warkworth. 

We have eftpos available on the truck, surcharge applies for credit card. 

Payment to be made on completion of move unless otherwise arranged. 

Please make sure that access is clear, stable and secure. 

We reserve the right to refuse work if there are health or safety concerns. 

The safety of our staff is top priority. 

 

If you are on a shared driveway, please notify your neighbours that you are moving and the truck might be blocking access. 

Cancellation of booking must be made at least 5 working days prior, or cancellation fees may apply.
